Will my existing motor (UST 1102) fit this housing?

That motor will fit up the the Jacuzzi Magnum Force Housing. Here is a parts diagram of the entire assembly showing that UST1102 is one of many motors that will fit.

I have a pre 03 magnum force. Label says 1UMF-S 94027110. It’s 1.5 hp. Will this replace the housing? What is the difference between the 5064-052 and 5064-05A?

Hello, Part number 5064-05A is for the standard magnum force. Part number 5064-052 is the housing to retrofit magnum plus. You will need part number 5064-05A.

Does this assembly include the impeller housing and seal? Thanks

Unfortunately, this does not include any seals or o rings. You can purchase the GOKIT14 which has all of the seals and gaskets.

My pump has a leak. I've replaced seals, still leaks. I can't see the leak, it's somewhere on the bottom. So, I'm thinking the only thing left is the housing itself. Have you seen housings that spring a small leak? I don't know how to identify my pump by part number. It doesn't say MagnumForce on the side, because it says it is Jacuzzi brand. Is the identifying difference between pre-2/02/03 and post-2/02/03 threads being male on the housing? If yes, then this housing would work?

Hi, Kenneth. This Magnum Force Housing - 42234506K will replace the one you have. However, the issue may be caused by the Pump Shaft Seal - PS-3868 and or a bad Seal Housing.

I have replaced the seal assembly. But, if the seal was leaking where would I expect the water to exit the pump?

My pump has a label saying Magnum 1000 ... I'm assuming it dates back to pre 2003. I need to replace the housing because there is a leak at the bottom of the basket area (not the basket itself). I just bought a new basket. Is this the part to replace it?

I have an older Jacuzzi Magnum Force pump, circa 1988-1990, and the body has a crack which leaks. Will this replacement body fit or can be adapted or is there another part number I should be looking for? The picture sure looks similar to mine

When I replace the Magnum Force housing, do I need any additional parts, ie O rings, pump seal, some type of a kit? Thanks Dan

Hi Daniel.  The only additional items we could recommend might be the housing o-ring and some lubricant to help it seal and last a long time.  You would not need to use anything in the tune-up kit unless you were also taking the motor and impeller assembly apart.
