Is this o-ring a wedge type ? My original is wider on one side and more narrow in the other....does that make sense??

Hello Joe - This o-ring has a round cross section. This replacement o-ring will work on the stainless steel Pac Fab Nautilus D.E., Sea Horse Cartridge, and 18" PF Sand Filter.

I am concerned to order this. Seems that there are generic 18" O-rings claiming to be replacements for 152127, but when installed are too big. Just bought one from local pool store and it too was too large. I see on AMZ that other people are having the same issue, while some are not. Seems it is hit or miss whether the o-ring is actually 18" or 19" even if it has the 152127 or O-184 part number. How can I be assured this generic is indeed 18" and thus not too big?

Sorry but we have this o-ring for the Pentair/PacFab Nautilus NS systems specified at 18-1/2" x 7/16". This is confirmed to fit the Pentair / Pac-Fab Nautilus Stainless NS Series D.E. Filter.

My old ring is triangle profile not round. I have a 15+ year old stainless de filter tank 48sq ft and the tank inside dimension is 18". I have purchased the 152127 and it is at least a half inch to big. Do you sell the 18" o-ring with the triangle profile?

Unfortunately, no, they are no longer available. The Tank O-ring 18" Generic - PF15-2127 O-184 and OEM Nautilus Stainless Filter Tank O-Ring - 152127 are only for (18" O-ring) for Nautilus Tank O-Ring *AFTER 2001.

Hello Daniel. The Armco Tank O-ring PF15-2127 O-184 fits the Pentair/Pac Fab/ Nautilus Stainless NS Series DE Filter. The American Products Filter model DC-36 did not cross-reference to this Tank O-ring.
