Hi Helen - Yes we do offer the gasket for the Pinnacle pump you may purchase or view them individually from the Pentair Pinnacle Parts Page or we also have a Pentair Pinnacle Tune Up Kit which includes all of the gaskets, o-rings, lubricant and shaft seal. Typically the Tune Up Kit is the best way to go.

We do not have a video on how to replace a pump housing. I will put that in the HOW TO suggestion box. The removal of the motor from the pump housing is the easy part. Once you have disconnected the old pump body from the piping, you will want to transfer the parts from the old housing to the new one. Then reconnect your piping and reattach the motor.

We are not sure what material this pump is made of, but PVC glue would be the appropriate adhesive to use.

Hello.  If the water leak is coming from the pump housing, the best resolution is to replace the housing.  Pump Housing, Almond (356011) - 356002  Repairs made to a pump housing are, typically, only temporary.  To facilitate the installation of the new pump housing, the use of unions is recommended.  The Pentair Pinnacle Pump has 1 1/2" intake and discharge ports.  Attached please find the selection of unions available. Custom Molded Products High Temp Unions  Any union listed as 1 1/2" MIP can be matched to your PVC pipe size.  Attached please find the  Pentair / Pac Fab Pinnacle exploded parts diagram for reference.
