How do I replace the clear lexan lid on the Pentair Superflow pump. I turned the clamp over, however the lid will not come out freely. I don't want to use a rubber hammer to not cause damage. Please help. Thanks.

If you carefully use a flat head large screwdriver you can remove it by locating the tabs and prying it off.

Try removing the air bleed plug on the bottom of the pump/trap. You are probably just suction locked in place.
