I have a model #94026110 1.5 hp . Is the model # 94027110 the same Pump? What would be a replacement if I wanted to go to a variable speed pump?
Hi Norman, This will be an exact replacement for your pump. http://www.inyopools.com/Products/07501352049323.htmIf you wanted to go variable speed, I would purchase a superflo.
I have a question about the power consumption of the 1HP Magna flow. My old pump is a 1.5HP Hayward Maxflo. It has an Emerson motor that lists the current as “SF amps 8.7/7.8/15.6.” The service factor is 1.3. The Carvin motor lists the current as “Amps 7.0/14.0.” with a service factor of 1.25 Since it's comparing SF amps to FL Amps, I'm not sure the 1HP is lower power. Can you tell me what is the power consumption for both motors?
Hi, Jerry. This Magnum Force Pump does have a lower power consumption and is a higher performing pump than the Max-Flo pump. You can use our How Much Does My Pool Pump Cost to Run? Blog to calculate how much either pump will cost to operate.
Need to replace 14yr old jacuzzi magnum force:A.O.Smith 1.0hp (1.25SF) model 189094-01. Pool builder says to get an uprated or max rated pump w/ a slow rate of 100 gallons/minute. What would be the exact replacement model? Would it be model 94027110? Or is it something else that has 1.25SF. Our pool is 18x36 with a deep end.
Hi, JC. This Magnum Force Pump 1 HP Pump - 94027110 is the replacement pump to your existing Magnum Force Pump.
Just bought Jacuzzi Magnum Force 1 HP In-Ground Single Speed Item ID: 131719701132 Put the old and new side by side and made electrical changes. Motor keeps shutting down after a few minutes. Any videos or schematic where I can see what may be wrong? thanx ron
Hi, Ron. We do not have a troubleshooting video or schematic, you can use our Pool Motor Troubleshooting Blog to diagnose the problem.
Hello, Does this come with an electric cord attached. If not, what is needed? Thanks for any info. Foss
Foss, The pump does not come with a cord. You can use the existing pump cord or purchase a new one.
I have a pool pump Magnum force HP1 1.5SF. The motor had went out. What kind of replacement should I purchase?
Hi, Leatrice. You'll need to Magnum Force Pump 1 1/2 HP Pump - 94027115 because of the SF of your existing pump.
i need to replace a pool motor plus pump. The motor is a Century Centurion and the pump is a Jacuzzi - Magnum Force. The manufactures label for the motor shows 2.0 HP, but there is also a label that shows Total HP = 2.4. Question - what actual HP do i need? Thanks
Yes if you have a 2hp motor with a higher Service Factor then you would go with this unit. You can also go with Magnum Force V Series 2.7HP Variable Speed Pump (VMF-S2) - 94026140
I am looking to replace a Hayward Super II pump, 1 Hp, 1 1/2 piping, filter Hayward S244T sand filter 62 GPM, do have solar panels on the roof would estimate the head at around 60 (21 for the filter alone) Would the Magnum 1 hp be the appropriate fit and would the openings be int he same position as the Hayward (1989 pump).
Hi, Bill. I would need to know the number of panels you have also. But I'm leaning towards recommending the Magnum Force Pump 1-1/2 HP Pump - 94027115.
Hi, I just bought the Jacuzzi Magnum Force 1 HP pump item number 94027110 last summer and its been running nice except when it gets wet from a rain storm it trips the breaker. Yesterday I turned it on and after about a minute it tripped the breaker. I reset the breaker and turned it on again but I saw a flash where the chord enters the motor and the breaker tripped again. Pump was dry. What the issue? Thanks.
Hi, Mike. It sounds like the motor shorted.
how many gallons/hr?
hi i'm looking to replace a jucuzzi magnum force pump model 1UMF-S order no 94027110 Is this the exact same pump I have and will all the fittings be the same? Thanks for your help john
Yes this would be the exact same Magnum pump and all the fittings would be the same.
My pump motor seized last season and the housing was cracked in a few different places. The previous owner didn't know the exact model or part # for the pump. The text on the side of the pump, model #, serial #, HP rating, etc are no long legible from age. This was the original install for the inground pool 15 years ago. The paper work I was given has the model # 1LR6 and 9402-7612 highlighted. If this is the pump i have, would this work for what I need? Thank you!
Hi Drew this Jacuzzi 1 HP SLR Pump would be more comparable to your 1LR6 pump.
I have an A.O. Smith Century Centurion motor, Part 8-186086-20, Frame P56J, HP 1.0, SF 1.65. It mates to a Competition Pool Accessories (Canada) Magnum pump body. That company appears to be defunct. However, it looks identical to the Jacuzzi Magnum Force. The motor trips the GFCI when it is turned on. The motor has a melty electrical odor. Can you recommend a replacement motor? Thank you.
Hello, According to the 8-186086-20 it matches with Motor 56j Thrd Full Ee 1hp (b654).
I have a Jacuzzi 1 hp model number S1LRDV 94027802, it is about fifteen years old. Will this pump be an exact fit?
Hi Walter, no this pump would not be an exact fit for the 94027802. If you are wiring your pump 115V then the Jacuzzi / Carvin SLR Pump would be the exact replacement.
I have a Jacuzzi impeller connected to a GE 3/4 HP motor (with Jacuzzi label). Jacuzzi info: Model #: 7H4187-S Order #: 91322420 Date: 19 Mar 94. GE motor frame size: 56C The GE jet pump motor works great, but the impeller has died. Where can I get a replacement for the impeller? Happy to send pix if needed.
If it is a Jacuzzi Magnum pump, I would need to know the diameter of the impeller as well as the thickness to identify the correct replacement impeller.
My old Jacuzzi Magnum pool pump, 3/4 hp, running on 115v needs a new plug, four wires come out of the pump in a cable; white, red, black and a ground. The pump has always had a single speed. I know where the ground goes, however not sure for the other three wires, do two of them double up on one terminal?
Hello Frank, if you would like to look at our "how to" page, it shows you diagrams of how to hook up you pump.
I have a Jacuzzi # 94027110 and the motor doesn't start. I took the back cover off and can turn the shaft. How do I check if I have a bad capacitor? And if I have a bad capacitor do you sell the capacitor by itself? and if yes how much does it cost?
Hello Jeff, depending on what your motor model is we can check to see if we carry it for the Jacuzzi Magnum model. If you would like to double check with Jacuzzi 866-979-4501 to check with a tech on your motor specs to get you the right capacitor.
I was looking to replace my old pump with the Jacuzzi pump part#94027110. Can the outlet side be plumbed with a soft hose or does it require hard plumbing?
You can use a soft hose, I would recommend hard plumbing though.
Can order just the housing/body without the pump motor? Thanks, Ken
Yes the part number is 5064-05A.
is this pump is for a in-ground pool we have a Jacuzzi pump RL Magnum. our pump just died
Yes this pump would be perfect for an in-ground pool.
I have a Jacuzzi 1HP Magnum Force Pump that gave out...It's just doesn't turn on (yes checked line for power). The Model is !MF-S , Order No is 94026110.... Will 1. This be proper pump replacement? 2. Will all the plumping lines be the same?? Meaning all I have to do is rehook electrical and plumbing lines with no rework.... Thanks
The pump part number is 7-184948-22 and I would like to confirm if the service is 110v or 220v.
The replacement motor for the part #7-184948-22 is the A.O. Smith 1 HP Full Rate Round Flange Motor - ST1102. The motor is rated 115/230 volts.
Looking for replacement Jacuzzi Magunum pump model #15MF-5 order #94026115
The Jacuzzi Magnum that would replace your pump is found here: 94026115
I have a Jacuzzi 1 HP magnum plus- approx. 12 yrs, will the pump motor fit the existing housing or will t nee to replace whole unit?
Hi Rodney, Yes the UST1102 Motor will fit the existing Jacuzzi Magnum Plus and vice versa your old motor will fit the new Jacuzzi Magnum.
Please advise which brand motor, model number, and service factor is on this 1UMF-S pump?
Hi, You would need the A.O. Smith 1 HP Round Flange Up Rate Motor (UST1102) which has a service factor of 1.1.
Does this pump recycle itself on and off as an energy saver feature?
Hi Dean, The Jacuzzi Magnum Pump 1 HP Pump can not shut itself on/off unless it starts to overheat, otherwise it will go on/off if it is wired to a timer.
My Jacuzzi Magnum pump just died.(model #1 MF-S). Should I replace it with the same model or is there a better, variable sped, modelthat would work and be more energy efficient?
Hi Cris, You will save on your operational costs by going with a variable speed pump. Our article on How Much Does a Pool Pump Cost to Operate goes into this in greater detail. The Speck Variable Speed Pump would be a good option for replacing a Jacuzzi Magnum Pump with a variable speed pump.
what size frame is this?
Hi Kelli the Jacuzzi Magnum uses a 56J frame motor. The barrel of this motor measures roughly 6-3/8" in diameter.
my pump has a high pitched winning sound during operation, could it be bearings?
That high pitched winning sound is a key indicator that the bearings are failing in your motor.
Is this refurbished?
Steve - Our Jacuzzi Magnum pumps are brand new and not refurbished.
1 to 2 hrs
Screwdriver, plumber's tape for pvc connections
We ordered a new pump from Inyopools. It arrived in a few days. The pump did not come with a cord so we had to take the cord off the old pump. Basically this was just a matter of attaching the cord, attaching the plumbing connections from the pool and to the filter, plugging it in, priming it and turning it on. No problem. We did have a friend of ours (an electrician) check the wiring to make sure we had done it correctly (we had). This pump replaced an older Magnum pump so the plumbing was easy to reconnect.
1 to 2 hrs
Screwdriver, electrician's pliers
Start with electrical. Turn off power, check voltage; both conductors phase to phase and phase to ground . Check voltage again, even check between the phase conductor and the dirt (just to be sure). Disconnect power conductors within the motor and remove from housing. Plumbing; loosen the two union connectors and the pump and strainer housing are ready to remove. Reversing the process is straightforward; you will need to ensure the threaded adaptors are not overtightened, you can damage the pump. The time spent was more about running around finding tools and plumber's tape than actual hands on the pump. Well prepared and organized, 45 minutes.
(5 out of 5 stars) Great pool pump replacement
Reviewed By: Tim T. from Nashville, TN ()
Pros: Fit right in and what I was use to using for 19 years.
I was first looking at replacing parts and it was $377 plus I was going to have to put it all together. I looked at replacing the whole pump and I did that for $370 and didn't have to do anything but plumb some unions and was done in a few hours.
(4 out of 5 stars) Good Pump, GREAT service

Pros: Union fittings come with the pump, quiet
I purchased this pump a year ago. Recently I noticed some uncommon noises coming from it and called Inyo. Within hours they had begun the RMA process. It took little effort on my part and a replacement pump was on the way. The pump is good, it does its job and is a direct replacement for a pump that was originally installed in 1994. Inyo was great in how they handled everything. I got a good value when I purchased this pump and then the service afterwords made it that much better a deal.
(4 out of 5 stars) Replacement Pump
Reviewed By: Michelle S. from Waldorf, MD ()
Pros: Exact fit with existing set up
Bought a house with an older pool system. The pump was about 17 years old. I asked about a replacement motor but ended up just buying the whole unit because it was more economical. I would have given this product 5 stars but had an issue with converting it from the set 230v to the 115v. The tab that I had to move was hard to undo & then one of the wires broke off when it finally came loose. Easy solder job. Other than that, it works great.

I have not put this one in service yet but I have always had a Jucuzzi pump and they last and do their jobs. Inyopools is fast and free shipping. I had a problem with a pump from them last year and the took care of it no problem. Highly recommend Inyopool.

Pros: Excellent product, price and value
I bought this pump after mine had failed and I investigated what local pool stores had for replacements. I was shocked at how much cheaper I could purchase the same pump. While skeptical at first after receiving the pump I now know that I will now shop INYOPools for my supplies and parts first. The pump installed easily worked perfectly and I'm very pleased.

(5 out of 5 stars) Quiet, Powerful Pump!
Reviewed By: Richard W. from Howell, NJ ()
Pros: Quiet, Powerful
I ordered this pump as a direct replacement for the pump installed on our pool 14 years ago (2000). I was doing the job myself, and thought I'd have a hard time finding a replacement pump and installing it due to it having different electrical connections, dimensions, and intake and output ports. Thankfully, Jacuzzi still makes this unit. Installation was a snap for me, and it was so quiet compared to the old pump, I wasn't even sure it was running! It cleaned my pool up right away and developed almost twice the pressure. That old pump had really had it. Very happy with this purchase, and it was the lowest price available anywhere. It shipped and arrived very quickly. Inyo also gives great instructions online for any type of pool repair or maintenance, so they have a new customer for life to show my gratitude.
