Hayward TriStar, EcoStar Pool Pump Seal Kit

Standard tune up kit for the Hayward Tristar/EcoStar Pump includes the shaft seal and all o-rings, gaskets, and lubricant.

We highly recommend replacing the shaft seal, o-rings and gaskets when replacing your motor.  If you use your old shaft seal, it will not mate up properly with the new motor and may leak.

This Tune Up Kit Works on These Pumps:

  • All Hayward Tristar/TriStar VSP/EcoStar 1/2 HP - 3 HP single and dual speed models.
  • All Hayward SP3200 Series Pumps
  • Works on both standard efficiency and energy efficient Hayward Tristar/EcoStar pumps

Everything went good but I sure wish there was some set of instructions of what went where. I had a seal in the kit that I did not have on the original. I just had to guess it was the seal between motor and the housing. Which meant the bolts barely fit.
