How or where do I find the model # on my hayward pro-grid filter so I can replace the large O ring rubber seal in the cover to prevent further leaks

Hi Cris, there should be a label on the side of your filter tank that gives the Model # of your Hayward filter. You may also take a photo of your filter and reply to this email and we can help identify.

Will this O-ring fit this filter? I'm looking for the O-ring that sits between the top and bottom shells.
I am also looking for a drain plug for this filter. Can you recommend anything?

Hi Matt, this is not the proper kit for you. You will need this Hayward SwimClear Tank O-Ring and this Hayward SwimClear Drain Plug

Hello Steve. Attached please find the Hayward ProGrid Filter exploded parts diagram. The tank body O-ring options are identified under part key 12. A visual inspection of your current tank body O-ring will identify the correct part for your Hayward ProGrid filter. The tank O-ring 0-429 is flexible and bends easily. The DEX2422Z2 is more rigid and not very pliable.
