This is a replacement backwash valve that is primarily used on the Pentair Triton II Sand Filters. The ports on the valve are 1-1/2" threaded ports. Side-mounted Multiport valves are designed for maximum performance and working pressures.

I need parts for my filter valve. When I look at the filter parts breakdown, it gives me different choices. How do I know which one is the one I need?

In order to locate the correct parts we will need to know the model number of the filter valve. Two identical filters can have two different valves. Typically the valve model will be located on the label of the valve. If there is no model number on the valve, you can try to see if there are any part numbers on the valve itself. Do you have a selector side valve to fit an old Heldor PF-50? Mfg. by Pac Fab. The filter works well as does our pump, but the selector valve needs replacing. Thank you.

I have a purex triton 2 TR-60 with a sm 10-3 sand multi port valve wpuld your sm1-pp3 be the correct replacement ??
