No, this kit does not the impeller or diffuser, it does include the pump housing, lid, basket, shaft seal and seal plate.

My old Volute had a leak and had to be replaced. Instead of buy one with a pump bought this single item & replaced it myself. Arrived in a couple of days. It doesn't have the bolts to mount a pump but I used the old ones. It does have a Seal Plate and a new Filter Basket. It works great.
