This is an After-Market Pump Housing with 2" plumbing ports, unions and drain plugs. This is an aftermarket pump housing by Pureline for the Hayward® Super II® Pump and is not the Hayward® original pump housing. This pump housing is a compatible replacement for the Hayward® Super II® pump housing and replaces the Hayward® O.E.M SPX3120AAZ® housing.
This pump housing comes with 2" unions, we highly recommend using the unions when installing this housing as it will allow for a quick disconnect for removing the pump during freezes. By using the included unions you also ensure the most water-tight seal to avoid any leaking. We suggest using a few wraps of Teflon tape on the threads of the unions for the most water-tight fit (Teflon tape purchased separately).
*This is an after-market replacement by Pureline and not the Hayward® original housing.

Good day, the seals will be extra you will need to order Tune Up Kit Hayward Super II - GOKIT2 for a chlorine pool or Saltwater Tune Up Kit Hayward Super II - GOKIT2SALT.

My pump will not self prime itself. It is a self priming pump. What would cause this.
