Are there specs on how many microns this filter is rated at? Is there available another filter that won't allow finer particles to pass through?

As a rule, sand filters sift particles ranging from 20 to 40 microns in size. Cartridge filters can sift particles as small as 10 to 20 microns in size. DE filters can sift contaminants as small as 1 to 3 microns in size. This makes DE filtration at least five to six times more efficient than sand filtration systems.

Do you sell a filter body that holds a 28 1/2 " H 9" deep with a 4" center hole. I am trying to replace a sta-rite pxc125.
Also need 2" inlet and outlet.

Hi. We do not have a complete filter that the PXC125 cartridge will fit into. You can use the Hayward SwimClear - C150S as a replacement.

Hello Jay, the 160316 Clean & Clear Cartridge Filter 100 sqft. would be a Pentair model having a max flow rate of 100 gallons per minute and a filtration of 100 sq ft. The Hayward would have a Max flow rating of 90 gallons per minute and 90 sq ft filtration area.

I currently have a hayward c751 filter housing. It appears cracked as its leaking and I have tried epoxy to no avail.. Can I use your C900 replacement ( My housing has 2'\" fittings) filter as it seems the c751 and c900 have identical replacement parts?
