Time to Replace Your DE Grids?
Our DE Grids are used on the most common pool filters including American Products®, Pentair®, Hayward® & Pac-Fab®. Most DE Filters will require 7 Full Grids and 1 Partial Grid. Typically DE grids last about 5 years so if it has been longer than 5 years then now is the time to replace your DE grids.
Things to Consider When Replacing Your DE Grids
Note: Collar has open slot (2 notches). Length is measured from one end of the grid to the other (collar not included).

have a pentair fnsp-60 de filter. Partial Grid is damaged and needs replacing. The other full grids are fine. Is this (PL0173, 31" L X 9" W X 5" D) the correct one too order?
Hello Terry. The 60 Sq. Ft. Partial Grid 30" (1 Required) - PL0173 is compatible with the Pentair FNS Plus 60 sq ft DE Filter. It is recommended that the Standpipe o-ring be replaced whenever the top manifold is removed from the outlet standpipe.
Do you carry the full size panels for the Hayward DE 6020 ?
I only see the short panel offered
Where is the placement of the small filter grid fit on the filter manifold for a Titan CM 60 sq. ft. Filter Model # 67026000 (American Products)?
Hi. The Small Grids is placed in the right available port in the manifold.
How do I know which replacement grids I should order?
Typically, the filter label will contain the filter model and square footage of your grids. If the information on the label can not be read, you can measure the length (top to bottom) of the grid and multiply by 2 to get the square footage. For example: A 12" grid length would mean that the square footage is 24.
