I recently received an order from you that included Drain Plug (27001-0022). Part number 4682-20. In the photo on your website, the plug has a thick o ring, which is the same diameter as the plug. The one I received has an o ring included that is much smaller in thickness. Is this the correct o ring and will it work when I use this plug to shut off the drain on my filter box or do I need the thicker o ring???

Hello Jeffrey, The oring that came with the set is the correct oring. If the oring is too thick it will not seal correctly and leaking will occur.

Where does the 2" measurement get taken? I have a plug that looks just like this but the inside diam of o-ring is roughly 2-1/4" to 2-3/8".

Hi. The 2" measurement is taken from the threaded part of this plug. The O-ring dimensions are 2 3/4" OD / 2 3/8" ID.

I have a sta-rite system 3 model S7MD60 need a replacement drain plug, but the outer measurement of the threads is 1 13/16 which is so different then what you have listed. Any ideas? Also the solar pool I ordered last year feel apart in about month and half never had that happen before. What do you have and what is the warrenty?

Hi, Jeff. This is the correct drain plug for the Sta-Rite System 3 model S7MD60 and other models. I was unable to locate any past orders using this email address. If you can provide that info I can look into any warranty inquiries you may have.

Hello, Unfortunately, we only carry the drain with the o-ring. We do not sell them separately.
