Do you sell the GASKET ONLY for this valve diverter (600-9500)? I so , what is the part #, and price. is it a glue in type or not? Does this diverter work with a Pentair multiport valve #262506 ?? Thanks

John- The spider gasket that is included in the Valve Diverter With Gasket (600-9500)part # 4742-25 is sold seperately, and the part number for the Spider Gasket (711-1910b) part # 4742-002. This will not work for a Pentair 262506 1 1/2" Top Mount Valve Flanged part # 4600-2506, the correct part would be DIVERTER, VALVE With GASKET (272512) part# 4600-2512 and the spider gasket for that valve is not sold seperately.

We have a Waterway Clearwater sand filter (22 in diam). Would this be the part we need or should we buy the entire top portion. Our system / pool is 4 yrs old.
We have water leaking/streaming out of the backwash hose.

I have water leaking from the waste port and believe I may only need the gasket part of this. I see the gasket part number you supplied in a previous response. Does this gasket need to be glued in? If not how does stay in place?

Hello Patrick, Yes you do need to glue in gasket there is a video of How to Replace a Spider Gasket on a Multiport Valve. All Adhesive For Valve Seat Gasket (81731).

Hi, Timothy. In order to locate the correct diverter gasket, we'll need to know the model of the valve. The S160T sand filter currently uses the SP0714T Valve which uses the Diffuser w/ Gasket - SPX0714CA.

Hi, Timothy. The Hayward S160T filter uses the Hayward SP07121 valve which uses the 5 Spoke Gasket - SPX0710XD or the Praher - TM-12-PB valve which uses the Diverter Gasket - 271104.

Pros: good tech support
Cons: first discription was not to where we could make the right decsion from just reading the web discription
Good people to work with even thought we order the wrong one because the web didn't give us the right dicription the tech support people jumped right on it and knew exactally why it didn't work and over night us the right one.
