The impeller screw attached to the pump broke while replacing my pool pump motor on my Hayward TriStar pump (Model #SP3210X152). Will this screw (SPX3200Z1) work as the replacement? I can't find it anywhere else. Thank you.

Hi, Collin. This Impeller Screw - SPX3200Z1 will fit the Tristar Pump - SP3210X152.

Remember, impeller screws are reversed threads

Hi Ellis, yes you do not have to use the impeller screw.

Hi - I didn't realize the impeller screw was reverse thread and I broke it. Trying to fix ASAP and can't wait for shipping. Will a hex screw the same size from a hardware store suffice?

Hello Todd, you may be able to locate this impeller screw at a local pool parts retailer and if not then any american thread screw technically will work as long as it is the correct size.
