I have a nautilus ns36 stainless steel filter (Pac-fab ) from 1986 will this unit fit? Does it have a new o-ring for where it attaches to the filter? Do have o-ring that goes between the 2 halfs of the ss shell or housing? Mine is original seems to be fine don't know how long they should last ( # 59023500 complete )

Hi Mark, No this would not be the correct grid assembly for the Pac Fab NS36. You would require this DE Grid Assembly for the Pac-Fab NS36 We do carry the Tank O-ring for the Pac-Fab NS36 (o-ring which goes between top and bottom half of housing). This does not include the o-ring for where it attaches to the filter. We do carry All of The Parts to your Pac Fab Nuatilus Stainless DE Filter.

Al- The difference between the 195183 Grid Assy., 36sq.ft. - Fns36 and the 59023500 Grid Assy., 36 Sq.ft. Filter  is the 59023500 is for the FNS PLUS 36 while the 195183 is for the FNS 36. If you have the FNS Plus the 59023500 Grid Assy., 36 Sq.ft. Filter would be the assembly you need.

I have a very old stainless steel American Titan Vertical Grid Filter (model 582090) that needs to be replaced. Will this filter (59023500) fit right? I have a 36 SQ. FT. DE filter that needs to be with in, Length 22 IN. Width 40 IN. and Height 22 IN. That's what it says on the filter label and this filter is "almost" exact but its a tight fit so I'm afraid to order just yet.

If you could supply us with one or both of these pieces of information then we should be able to track down the correct Grid Assembly for you.
