The part number we have CF11-N1 3/4A other number is a 1-17-F04/ 34-3232 will this pump work on this exchange?
Hi. Unfortunately, this pump will not work as a replacement because it's an above ground pool pump. The Pentair Challenger 3/4 HP 115/230V UR Pump - 343232 is the exact replacement.
What is the proper enclosure for this pump to protect against weather, etc.? I.e. what vendor and part number?
I want to use this to replace a SP1575, for which the discharge had been rotated to horizontal. Can I do the same with this pump, via removal/replacement of the pump/motor bolts?
Yes, you are able to rotate the wet end to make it a horizontal discharge.
This pump says it can be used for small inground pools, how small is small and can the cord from my old Hayward 3/4 pump be used.
Jeanne- The size pool that you can use the Hayward Power-Flo II 3/4 HP Single Speed Pump Part # SP1775 would depend on the Average feet of head in your pool.
I ordered and received pump Hayward SP1775 for a small in ground pool based on your ad. I now read that this pump is only for above ground pools. please advise.
The pump may be used for both application. I have include the Hayward Brochure for this model - https://www.hayward-pool.com/pdf/literature/PowerFloII_Brochure.pdf I hope this answers your question.
Is the Power-Flo II equipped with a power cord?
No, the power cord is sold separately. Here is a link to the power cord. http://www.inyopools.com/Products/07501352015032.htm
(3 out of 5 stars) spa pump
Reviewed By: the spameister from Santa Monica ()
Pros: Cheaper & quieter than my old one
Cons: pump housing is plastic
The pump housing is plastic & is connected to the strainer basket (also plastic) with a plastic nipple. The nipple broke off during shipping. However, it was quickly replaced with a new unit!
