If you have the original motor that came with the complete pump assembly or an equivalent replacement motor on it then the impeller part number would be part number 5110-10CA.

Hi, Laurent. Some motors are designed with an external capacitor. This motor is not designed that way. This PL1152 will NOT be a suitable replacement for the ST1152.

Hi Dagmar, Yes this would be possible but we would need a photo showing your complete pump, this would be a wide shot showing the entire pump including where the plumbing goes in and out of the pump. We would also need a photo of the motor label showing the specs. like amps, HP, volts, SF, etc.. To supply these photos simply click on the reply link below to upload your photos. Once we receive the photos then we can let you know which parts you will require.

Need a replacement motor for my in-ground Jacuzzi pool pump. I can hear the motor start but shuts itself off after about 15 seconds. Here is a photo of the pump motor specs. Hard to read but perhaps Model #:10-184949-22??? I am sorry it is not totally clear but the motor is 25 years old. The pump itself has a 2" inlet.

Hi Daniel, This motor would work for your motor in the photo but it is currently out of stock so I would suggest the Century UST1152 Motor which is a direct replacement for your motor. I believe you have a Jacuzzi Magnum, could you double check? If so then you will require this Jacuzzi Magnum Seal Kit when you replace your motor. We also put together this Video on How to Replace a Pool Pump Motor which you may find helpful when you tackle this project.

Yes, this would be a single speed replacement motor for your motor model and in order to cross reference the correct seals and gaskets we would need the model name or number of the front pump housing that the motor actually attaches to. If you cannot locate that information you can email images of that housing to upload@inyopools.com so we can confirm and further advise.

Both the Hayward and the Pureline motors have thermal overload switches however a voltage overload can create a short causing the motor to fail.

Hi Raymond, Yes the US1152 Motor is the correct replacement motor for your Max Flo. You will also require this Hayward Max Flo Seal Kit. You would benefit by going with 2" pipe on the inlet port of the pump, if you could get a 12" - 18" straight run of pipe going into the inlet that would help. We put together this Video on How to Replace a Pool Pump Motor which you may find helpful when you tackle this project.
