You'll have to put it together. In order to install this on the motor, it would have to be installed piece by piece. This kit will fit the Hayward SP2610X15.

Hello Chanelle, If the pool pump is making a loud noise (squealing) during operation it is typically a sign that the motor bearings are wearing. This kit is not the solution to this issue. The motor bearings or the motor itself will require replacement. Additional information would be beneficial to identify replacement bearings or a replacement motor. Please provide any manufacturer/model number of the motor (as indicated on the motor label) and information on the manufacturer/model of the pool pump so that correct replacement parts can be identified.

Hello William. Technically, the Drive Train UpGrade Kit 1.5 HP part 5110-53 will work on a 1.0 HP motor/pump but it is not recommended. The 1.5 HP Impeller contained in this kit will place too much stress on the 1.0 HP motor and potentially shorten its lifespan. If the existing motor has a Service Factor (SF) rating of 1.5 or greater, then the kit 5110-53 is the correct upgrade. I have a Super Pump 1600; I'm wanting to replace my Century B130 motor with a VGreen 2.7 HP variable speed motor and rebuild my pump; would this be the correct kit?

Hello Mike. The transition from the 2.4THP B130 motor to the V Green 2.7THP variable speed motor does not necessitate a drive train change. The recommended parts change would be the motor shaft seal, seal plate gasket, and diffuser o-ring. The tune-up kit, GOKIT3 contains those parts. Tune Up Kit Hayward Super Pump - GOKIT3 If a drive train replacement was warranted, the 2.0 HP SPX2615CKIT would be more appropriate. Super Pump SP1600X- Series Drive Train UpGrade Kit 2 HP - SPX2615CKIT Technically the 1.5HP Upgrade kit could be utilized but those parts would not maximize the performance of the 2.7THP V Green Motor.

The compatible Drive Train Upgrade Kit 1.5 HP is the Generic Super II Pump™ Style Drive Train UpGrade Kit 1.5 THP - PL2762 The parts contained in the PL2762 would include those in the GOKIT2.
