Easy disassembly of body to get to the pulley, removed pulley, removed hexagon adaptor, replaced with new hexagon adaptor, reassembled. Works great now! Much stronger pull.

great product, easy to replace, eight year old adaptor had been bent some and was causing a weaker pull. Vacuum works great again.
